Martin is a huge loss to his RSSB family, and we are all so devestated and saddened that he is no longer with us. I have known Martin for 14 years, working in the INS&RST team, back in the day.
Martin got on with everyone; he was great fun to be with, he knew how to have a laugh but he could also command the attention of his committees when leading their work.
We have shared many conversations about his cycling and the sacrifices he had made, but most of all about his family, who he clearly put before everything. You are all in my thoughts.
Martin was taken too soon and without the chance to say goodbye.
I wish you could read all the amazing memoies and tributes from your friends and colleagues, Martin, as I think you would smile ;o)
