Caroline was such a welcoming person; I know I felt apprehensive when first meeting her, but she was so open and down to earth she put me at ease straight away.

I loved how reasonable and easy to laugh she was, at herself and the moment.

I was always very happy when she joined a meeting because I knew she would bring a shed load of common sense with her.

I wish I knew her longer she was such a lovely genuine person, I feel privileged to have worked with her.
