I only starting working with Melissa in January this year, however, her supportive nature, kindness, enthusiam and positvity shone through.  I really miss my weekly catch up with her, she had such a wonderful knack of lifting you up and making you feel like you were making a difference, a very special gift.  A truely special lady who will be hugely missed.
