From his first days in the Hebburn office, Keith set about improving the Quality management systems in the Services business and we spent many hours discussing the issues to be addressed. Keith brought his considerable experience to the work and his achievements were widely recognised. Always keen to enter a healthy debate and not afraid to challenge when a challenge was needed, Keith also made sure his contributions were positive, repectful and friendly. Our career paths diverged a few years later but I always enjoyed dropping in on Keith at the Monkton office for a catch up, and as others have said you always came away from a convesation with Keith having had a laugh and feeling a little bit better for it. RIP Keith.
