Andy was the first person I met at Achilles when he interviewed me and from the very first moment he struck me as being a very calm, kind and considerate person. It has been such a pleasure working along side Andy and it was such a shock to hear of his death and he will certainly be missed at Achilles, especially his great sense of humour. My thoughts are with Jo and family at this time.
