Ralf san was a great specialist in this OWF field and kindly gave us lots of knowledges.

I still remember his really gentle voice with good smile, during our staying in Antwerp last year, even though it was the terrible COVID-19 situation in Belgium.

I would like to extend my heartfelt condolence to him and his family.
