Dearest Family of Karen

it is with a broken heart that I write this message. 

I met Karen over 20 years ago when she worked at the Dental practice in Holborn I used to visit. We instantly built up a rapport and very quickly became friends. 

I will never forget her beautiful smile and laughter and she gave the best hugs! 

I loved Karen very much and will miss her.
