Andy was a mentor, friend and had the biggest positive impact on my work/life balance.

Andy gave me my first opportuinity as an auditor and supported my growth, nothing was ever too much. Our last conversation was memorable as we looked back at the past 4 years with Andy saying “i can give you a protocol on the way into an audit and you will be fine”. 

I will miss our chats, his support and reassurance Andy gave. It still doesn’t feel real that he is no longer here with us, rest in peace Andy.
