Suzan and I met at St  Andrew High School for girls in Jamaica back in 1979 in Form 1A. We became a part of a close knit group which included Suzan, Judy Abrahams,  Clover Brooks and myself. A few others joined our group through the 5 years we were in School but this was our core group. We shared lunch every day with each other. We told jokes and had some tough moments in high school as the underdogs of our class. Suzan was shy but she had a radiant smile that I still remember to this day. Sadly, when I left Ja, as the years went by we lost touch. We reconnected after many years but again lost touch. I regret not having kept those connections.  Suzan, may you rest in peace. Your light has gone out and you will be missed. To Suzan’s family, I pray you will find comfort in the hands of our Lord.
