Dear Karen, Evan and Family, it was with shock and great sadness that I learnt of Brian’s passing. My first recollection of Brian was at an NHS London meeting with BT many years ago. I think we were all quite taken aback by the tenacity of his interrogation of BT but secretly had no end of admiration for the way he would accept no compromise that threatened the well being of NHS Patients and Colleagues. Many Suppliers would bear testament to Brian in this respect! As years passed I got to know Brian better and it was always a pleasure to be in his company; I will miss him very much.
