I had the privilege of working with Ian as my manager for over 2 and a bit years. He was kind, patient, quick witted, but most importantly, encouraging. Always happy to give unjudgemental advice and support, he helped me with both work and non work related issues. From having chats over coffee discussing all manner of pointless but interesting facts, or him feeding me hints to a cryptic crossword clue, i’ll never forget the moments we shared. Ian truly was a fantastic man, and my life was made better by him being in it. I’m so sorry for your loss. Josh.
