It is with deep sense of sadness that I write this short tribute to an amazing person. I will forever remain grateful to you Dr Mei-Na Liao for your invaluable contributions to my academic career. You took interest in my research from the first day I walked into your office right to the end (the day I defended my thesis). You have been amazing and couldnt ask for a better PhD supervisor. You were patient, understanding, yet firm when targets needed to be achieved. Just the right mix that propelled me to the next level of my PhD journey. Words cannot describe how i feel right now but fly with the angels Dr Mei-Na, heaven has gained a kind hearted soul. Rest well………..
