Peter employed me back in 2016 on the start of the turnaround journey of The OCS group, on behalf of its family shareholders. He treated it as a family and kept that amazing culture.

For me he was a gentlemen, a motivator, had amazing vision, believed in me where others didn’t. He cared about all his employees. He was kind and compassionate and treated everyone with the utmost respect.

He was the guiding light of OCS that everyone enjoyed working for.

I will miss him greatly.
