So, so sad. I joined Pinnacle in the same year as Michael and was immediately struck by how nice and gentle a man he was. Always smiling, always gracious, always helpful. A truly great individual who will be sadly missed. I’ll always remember that smile and what a great man he was. A true gentleman. You’ll never be forgotten my friend. RIP Michael. God Bless You mate.
