Dear Frank. 

My picture was taken in Hong Kong the last time I joined you there in 2013. It was always an experience going away with you on a business trip, and seeing the impact that you had on your staff. You were a leader who led both by your ideas and your charisma. I will never forget working with you, it could be challenging but enjoyable. As a person I found you big hearted and generous. We will miss you. John
