Wayne, We have all been devastated by the terrible and sad news of Kristie.  She was such a wonderful person who made all our lives better by her just being a part of them.  Her way of working with people was inspiring and she had a wonderful way of bringing round the most intransigent of opponents to working cooperatively with the team – I have been an observer and participant in some of the conversations!!  She was such a talent and we will miss her.  But what she has done has transformed the way we do things for the better and we will cherish her memory as a result.  Please pass on our sympathies to the family, John
