I was terribly sorry to learn that Lucky had passed away, and my heart goes out to her family, friends and colleagues.

Whenever I think of Lucky, it’s her smile that I think of first. It lit up her face, and those of people around her. We have lost a wonderfully warm and empathic woman who will have touched the lives of many.
