You couldn’t ask for a better colleague than Pauline. She was not only very good at her job – supporting me through endless recruitment and restructuring whilst maintaining that focus on training and development.  But I remember her most fondly from the last WRAP quiz – the effort she put in with Jamie to organise and make it a success was well worth it.  A simple example of the tremendous work she did to create a positive and inclusive culture at WRAP.
