Dear John and Adam, as I am sure you know, your Wife and Mum, Barbara, was a very special Lady. I am so sorry she was taken so soon and feel very privileged to have known her.
Whether checking stitching, discussing work, travelling or having a drink, it was always a great pleasure spending time with her, and I have fond memories going back to the beginning of my working life. She had a great sense of humour and I always felt that she cared, from the simple things such as asking “how are you” all the way up to the complex challenges. She will certainly be sorely missed, but her memory and example will live on.
Cheers to Barbara, may she rest in peace.
