I would like to express my deepest sympathy on the passing of great engineer Ralf san.　

Please accept my heartfelt condolences.

He is a one of the first EU members to join this project, which is first offshore windfarm in Japan.

As we have no enperience of fabricating MP/TP, his great experience in this field is essential for us.

Now we are successfuly starting offshore installation, and suppose we are in the same team in Japan drinking sake together.
