I have known Robin since 2003-04 as my Actuarial Practicality teacher and later as colleague at Bayes (then Cass). The two visits during my student years to Lloyd’s of London and Staple Inn remain etched in my memory. He was a great, influential, knowledgeable person from whom you always had something to gain from a conversation. He was an astute and reliable person to work with in project supervision and moderation. Robin is irreplaceable and will undoubtedly be missed. My thoughts remain with his family at this very difficult time.
