I had the pleasure of recruiting Rach twice, once for a short-term contract (she came and tried us on for size!) and was absolutely thrilled when Rach agreed to join our team permanently all those years ago, we didn’t look back from that day on!  Rach was such a super friend and colleague, unflappable, well respected and fun, we often put our heads together to solve a problem, working some magic and getting things done.  I cherish the time we spent together in Cascais, sauntering along the seafront after a long day, running around Cascais trying to figure out how we could make a treasure hunt work for 100 people, dashing about in a taxi visiting every clothes shop and boutique to find a swimsuit for one of our group (the driver definitely thought we were bonkers!) and lounging by the pool sipping cocktails watching the sun go down.  Great times.  My heart breaks for your nearest and dearest, you leave such a wonderful legacy and will never be forgotten.  I will miss you so much Rach.  Honor xxx
