Pauline Fincham

This is the first time that this situation has presented itself to me in the past 11 years of paid employment. Respectfully, it has taken me some time to digest, and devise a reply to this tragic news. It’s simply devastating.

I worked with Pauline remotely, via email correspondence, and face-face via MS Teams across a three month period. We only engaged periodically, mainly brief, aside from two, hour long meetings; initial introductions, and progression from entry Disability Confident Level 1: Committed, to Level 2: Employer. In a brief period, however, we had achieved a lot together: meaningful work that will benefit many existing, and future employees for the company.

Pauline had a beaming smile, and endearing laugh. She was bubbly, and simply lovely to speak to and interact with. So educated, and passionate about her role and the work she was conducting. I am so disappointed that I will no longer be able to work with her.

Please pass my condolences to the family, yourself and your team who worked so closely with her.
