My first memory of you was hearing your infectious laugh in the corridor at Snow Hill Police Station. Then greeting you and your intake on the tutor unit. From that day onwards I spent some great times with you, on and off duty, more often than not laughing hysterically at the situations we found ourselves in. Particularly when we joined the cycle squad and went “off beat” beyond the square mile. Forever will remain with me, your voice over the radio one day, the immortal line,”CP he’s just stolen 10 grand!”
kim, sometimes in our lives, people create positive ripples that last long after they are physically no longer present. And thats how I feel about you. You’ll never get old, you’ll always be how I remember you, the laugh, the smile. Thank you for the gifts of some wonderful life experiences shared with you in the City Police. You were, you are, such a special person to have had in my life. Thank you. May you rest in peace until we meet again in a better place.
