I remember my first visit to Shelton and Gillian immediately announced ‘us Gillians need to stick together!’ – and so it was to be.  From that moment on I felt looked after whenever I went to Shelton, nothing was too much trouble.  Gillian was a person who made you feel at ease immediately, a friendly face as you came in the door and always enthusiastic.  Friendly, helpful and always professional – she will be very much missed.  Sending love to all her family.  Gillian x
