Colin and I worked together at Macmillan. Colin from my very first day left a big impression on me. He was always kind, humourous and thoughtful.

One of the most special things about Colin is how much he valued and cared about the people he worked with. He always made time for me even if he was in the middle of other more important things. His support got me through some tough times.
