Dearest Cindy, 

Although we did not know you for a very long time, we saw instantly what a warm, loving, caring and thoughtful lady you are. You were our neighbour as well as a friend. Your golden heart shone through every conversation and through every moment shared together.

You were a nurse for many years and even after you retired, you were still quick to help those in need. When I cut my finger and had my head operated on, you were there to check my wounds and get me any extra support that was needed. When my sister had her baby, you were there offering advice and words of wisdom. You even knitted the most beautiful cardigan for her – with every thread woven with love and care. You made the best apple cake I have ever had and again, you shared this as a lovely surprise – from your generous heart.

We are blessed to have known you and you will be greatly missed. It is a huge loss that you are gone but I pray that you’re now at peace in God’s arms. I am blessed to be close friends with Selina, whose own loving heart will always carry a piece of you. May your memory be eternal. God bless you, Cindy.
