Rod was special. It’s not often you come across people and energy like Rod in your lifetime. I’ve worked with Rod for many years, and I still remember the first time I saw him present – it was an explosion of energy, like the Tasmanian devil, all arms and movement, and so much passion, it was infectious. He took on everything in life with the same passion, there’s always a way, nothing was so dire that we couldn’t find a solution together, even if you didn’t agree on anything! He was as equally inspirational as he could be frustrating, and always so generous, never too busy to listen.

With all that Rod has shared with us over the years, I hope that sharing these tidbits with his family helps to keep his memory alive and continues to inspire. He truly was amazing.
