Dear Jenny’s family and loved ones.
Please accept my condolences for the lost of your beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, partner, godmother and friend.
It has taken me a while to consider what to write because like so many have already said, we were not looking for Jenny to pass so soon.
You were so treasured by Jenny. She talked about her family and partner with such kindness and great affection. Jenny had such an animated face that broke out into a warm smile upon the sharing of a name or memory.
May you find comfort and strength within treasured thoughts and memories, through prayers and the love that you all share.
Our paths crossed some time back initially in the 1980s, an introduction by my sister. Who would have known that our paths would meet again a decade plus later along the corridors of The Heights or was it Memorial??
Your wealth of knowledge of your craft did not go unnoticed. I believe that you have left a positive piece of yourself with those whom you worked with during your many years in Social Work. That is some professional Social Care legacy. Your vibrancy, fashionista self, unmistakable laugh and gestures will be missed and cherished.
You fought hard Jenny, but in the end you are destined to shine elsewhere.
My sister was saddened by your passing and sends her love. We wish you a peaceful sleep. May the Creator watch over you.
