I was so sorry to hear of Steve’s promotion to Heaven, but he is in better place, Philippians 1:23 “to be with Christ, which is far better.”  As a family we visited the college in 1984, and we were greeted by Steve who was so pleased to see Chris with his wife and three boys in tow!  We met up with him again when he came to Brisbane.  Chris spoke so highly of Steve, and as I read all the tributes I can quite understand why.  What a beautiful man to have at the school.  May the Lord comfort the family in their loss.
