Dear Sakshi, I was very sad to hear of Shrikant’s passing and please extend my sincere condolences to his entire family. He was so stoic and brave and fought this battle with dignity, passion and humour, and he never gave up. Shriki was a wonderful person, so kind and helpful and warm, always supportive and always sympathetic. I worked closely with him on the intercompany process when I first joined the company and while I remember being very impressed with his knowledge of the subject matter, it was his people skills, his “human” side which welcomed me so warmly, kindly and generously; that is what I will always remember and what I will treasure when I think of Shriki.
