Amanda Kinsella

Amanda – you will be missed so much. Our deepest sympathies to the Kinsella family and to Amanda’s boyfriend Brendan.

We were so lucky to have had the opportunity to know and become friends with Amanda when we played together with Clann Oman. Amanda was an incredible player and she had time for everyone in the club. Although Amanda was 7 years my junior, I looked up to her immensely. I was new to football and not very good but Amanda was always full of praise and encouragement. ‘Gowan Tobes!! That’s the stuff!’ I’d hear from up the field if if I made a run or caught a pass. She had a kind word for everyone and just loved the fun of coming down training. We had so many great times both on and off the pitch. A beautiful person – who brought so much joy and happiness everywhere she went. She was taken too soon but we will always be thankful for the the great times we had together – the tournaments, hikes, camping trips, nights out and even the chats about nothing in particular. Amanda certainly made the most of everyday. Rest in peace xx
