I met Maxine at various LP functions and as UK Labour PPC.  She was always kind and welcoming to me checking to make sure that I was ok and praising me with a follow-up when we met in the last year on various virtual meetings. A formidable individual who cared about people and she will be solely missed. It is my prayer that God will comfort the family and dear friends.
