I only knew Colin for a short time, but in that short time I saw what a kind, friendly and warm person he was. Colin hired me at Diabetes UK (which I am so grateful for) and he always took the time to come up and chat to me when I was in the office. He was funny and easy to chat to; he was always interested in what you had to say and always had time for you. My deepest deepest condolences to Colin’s family and those who knew him well – he talked about his family so warmly to the youth team during our induction and I remember thinking how lovely it was that he shared with us. He was a great guy.
