My heart goes out to Gills family during this time and I hope that all of the messages within this book show how much of an impact Gill had over generations of people at Severn Trent, myself included. Memories of Gills contributions to so many peoples day to day lives; wether it be just a moment in time or many moments over her decades of service, will leave an echo for years to come that will never be replaced.
