I am writing this message to express my deeply condolescence to his family. I have had the chance to meet Francis and I was highly impressed by his level of kindness, and commitment with his job. It was a sad news and his lost has touched all of us here in Oxleas. Rest in peace and with no doubt he will keep a special place in my heart as the smiling, highly professional, and hard working colleague, a rare example for us all.
