Andy, you truly were a kind and caring man first and a fantastic manager second. The only manager I have had at CMG, your support and trust in me throughout my time here I will never forget. Whenever I have wobbled you always had the right things to say and generally had me laughing by the end…. I have great memories of fun times on Community 10K events, digging paths at Mount Edgecombe or, as others have mentioned, your love of dressing up in silly costumes for all to laugh at….You were fantastically knowledgable about all things Enforcement and could always guide me in the right direction when I was stuck and your support with any personal issues was truly appreciated… You will be sorely missed from Enforcement as a whole but for me as a great friend and mentor I will miss you. I am glad we managed to keep in touch whilst you were so poorly and can’t believe you are no longer around to talk to when needed….
