Life is cruel when the good ones are taken from us earlier than they should, and Keith was a goodun! A real genetleman, colleague and friend to all who knew him. I was really pleased when he agreed join us in Transmission, not just because of his vast quality management experience, but I knew he would fit in well and get to know his new colleagues both on a professional and personal level, with the aim of raising the profile of quality management, which Keith deserves a lot of credit for achieveing.
But in addittion, Keith also became the voice of wisdom in the department providing advice, support, comfort and compassion to many of our colleagues who encountered difficult personal and professional challenges. Keith was very much one of life’s givers and his kindness and compassion will be sorely missed by one and all.
My deepest sympathy to Karen, family and friends.
