Colin Cosgrove

In the sadly short time I knew Colin he had a huge impact on me, making me feel welcome and understood. I had come to the central offices for the first time from Cardiff, was feeling a little burnt out and overwhelmed as at the time I was undergoing a diagnosis for autism. While taking a break during the lunch hour, he noticed I was a bit distant, recalibrating in my own way so he came over to check on me. After telling him about the process I was going through, he immediately shared his own experiences and gave me practical resources, understanding and lifted a weight off my shoulders for the rest of the day and beyond. Thank you for reading, he is very missed, my condolences, Daniel.
