To Ann’s Family, 

My heartfelt sentiment to you all. It seems surreal to me that this has happened. I worked with Ann for 14 years, never met anyone kinder than her. 

I hope you will find some comfort in such a sad moment, and I know that no words, but only time can bring some peace in our hearts.
