I can’t believe it is nearly a year since I last spoke to you – I hope you enjoyed your trip to the pub with us on your birthday!

I hear your voice in my ear every day telling me when I am being a bit much or not strong enough, and we have created an area in 800 to sit, reflect and talk to you, I hope you like it.

I’ll be starting that dreaded fat club again in January for the 10th year running, it won’t be the same without that weekly photo of your feet but I hope you are joining in in spirit, root for me and make me go to the gym I need the persuasion as always LOL.
