Carole was one smart lady – both in appearance and her razor-sharp mind. She was quick, bright and energetic, but what I enjoyed most when working with her was her sense of fun and humour. I loved hearing her swear, especially when her outburst was followed by a mischievous giggle. I have happy memories of the time we spent together, especially working at Electric Days, in Paris, and at a big event we endured together in Birmingham.

Carole really cared – both about getting the job done and the people she spent time with.
