To the family of our lovely Doreen.

Well Doreen Anchor will not be the same without you,

you were the first person to train me when I walked 

through the door nine years ago, you greeted me

with kindness, patience and wisdom.

You always had time for everyone, and truely are one of

the most special people I have had the pleasure to 

meet.  Always there, always at the end of the phone.

May you now rest in peace Doreen fly high with the angels.
