The shock and sadness of losing Anthony is something that we are all going to be processing for many weeks, months and years to come.  For 27 years he has treated me with kindness, compassion, companionship and as ‘one of the family’.  His friendship was loyal and unconditional and his love for Neil was something that we both valued and cherished most highly.   From the first dinner party that I attended through to the first time that I was allowed to help in the kitchen.  From the first trip to Spain to the last, which was so recent and so special.  From trips to Oxfordshire, to New York, to the theatre and to the Cote Brasserie.   So many memories – never to be forgotten.
