Remembering John, a dear friend who first came into our lives in the 1960’s. Alongside other friends, we formed a tight little friendship group. Nigel particularly remembers Christmas’s at Butlins with the lads (the less said the better!). Eventually we all settled down with our life long partners, attending each others weddings and settling down with our young families. We’d meet in each others houses every so often for a meal, or maybe a game of cards – that’s all we could afford at the time! Over the years we’ve enjoyed many gatherings to celebrate special birthdays and anniversaries. We have such lovely memories that will stay with us forever.
