I will always remember the first and only time I met Dorothy. We were at an NDTi away day. I felt an instant connection and her presence was encapsulating. In those moments I recall feeling safe, inspired and peaceful and Dorothy supported my need for connection, ease, self expression and a shared understanding.
We had a conversation about the importance of really knowing what matters to us and about the necessity of being brave and speaking truth to power when things aren’t aligned with our values.
“Because if you don’t, and know else does, who will Barry?”
Thank you Dorothy, this was such powerful learning for me and I often connect with that when I feel the blood pumping and nerves kicking in telling me I need to speak up.
