There was a moment of great sadness when I heard about the passing of a truly amazing and beautiful individual that reached out and touched the lives of many!!!

When it came to Shane, there was never a moment where he would not bring joy into your life. With a beaming smile, a cheeky look, a booming voice, and an aura of light around him, there was an element of being untouchable when you were in his company. It is for this very reason that we should not be sad at his loss, but we should instead celebrate, remember, and treasure all of the memories and experiences he shared with us all, and embrace all of the moments, the joys, and the pleasure of his company that we will now dearly miss!!!

I will remember him forever, knowing that he lived his life to the fullest, always had time for everyone, loved his family and friends with all of his heart, and enjoyed a good old fashioned drink!!!

The pinnacle of his life in Lidl was the moment he signed his contract, and seeing the joy on his face showed the moment that he had fulfilled his ambition, and made his family proud. That moment was the embodiment of years of hard work and the reward was worth the smile alone…….
