I had the privilege to work with Caroline for over 10 years at bp.  As others have said, Caroline was always thoughtful and supportive but my lasting memory is of her energy and smile.  Working together in Hemel Hempstead, she would make the long drive across from Cheltenham but still have bags of energy and passion for the work.  We would often talked about how proud she was of her daughters and how happy she was spending time with her family.

I’m very sorry but for health reasons I am unable to attend the funeral.

It is incredibly sad, but Caroline lived her life to the full and was an amazing example of someone who cared so much about others.
