Everybody know they are going to die, but no one really believes it. I have known Anthony for over 45 years and enjoyed his gentle kindness, compassion and companionship, from our early trips to Norfolk, at home in Perrymead Street at so many wonderful dinner parties with Michael and my partner of 27 years: Punch, to sunny times in Spain  He is a wonderful soul who will live on through the memories with his many friends. There is no cure for birth and death save to enjoy the interval.
