To Bev and Family

So very sorry for your loss.  Mark will be missed by many people, though he leaves so many great memories.  I worked with Mark for many years and I still remember the very first conversation I had with him over 20 years ago now, describing his microscopy work – it gave me great inspiration at an early stage in my career.   I am sure many others will feel the same.  Mark’s has made such a powerful contribution to the Ice Cream R&D programme and his impact will be felt for a long time to come.
